Your Radiant Body

A Yoga and Meditation Workshop for All ~ with  Mary Paterson

This course will be offered twice:

Saturday August 12th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (FULL)
Saturday, September 9th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (FULL)
Future dates TBA
Maximum participants = 10 on each day

Some people have a special light about them. Their presence is magnetic and people want to be around them. They can create great things in the world. That person is in touch with their inner radiance, and has understood how to strengthen it, which means that light literally pours forth from them. When a person is disconnected and out of touch with their powerful light, they are timid, commitment-phobic, and fearful of conflict and recognition.

The Radiant Body practices will give you the ability to:
~ think clearly and make better decisions
~ commit to your creative projects
~ attract the right attention and people to help you succeed
~ give you a feeling of serenity and joy within

Course Fee: $99 + HST
