Authentic meditation practices are expert guides to realizing the true power of your mind and extending the brain's youthful activity no matter your age. In this course, using sacred meditation techniques, you will be guided toward experiencing deeper transformative states of meditation ~ the ones that keep your brain young and agile and capable of producing great things!  Meditation is much more than stress-reducing, and depression-busting, and anxiety-killing. While those benefits are wonderful, they are just the tip of a great iceberg of power, once you begin meditating regularly.

11:30 am - 12:30 pm - extended mantra meditation session to access the power of the heavens
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm - guided relaxation session to calm all fears
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm - lunch
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm - guided meditation session for confidence
