Known as the "Yoga of Awareness", this energizing class begins with a short opening chant to connect you to your internal power, followed by a pranayam (breath practice) to harmonize your energies. You will then be guided through a dynamic series of moving postures designed to stimulate all your systems, creating a multitude of physical, mental and emotional benefits, followed by a stress-reducing relaxation, and finishing with a mantra meditation to awaken you to the sacred power of your life.

Description and Benefits to Guided Meditation
This peace-inducing class begins with an invocation to the power of your life-force - your breath. You will then be guided through an ancient Buddhist technique that enhances your mind/body connection, and awareness. Throughout, as you meditate, you will be instructed on how to consciously work with your thoughts, emotions and mind. The class finishes with a short healing chant and prayer. The many benefits of this practice include: a reduction in mental stress, slowing of aging, reduction in chronic pain, improved physical and mental health, enhanced feelings of joy, and an expanded sense of love and compassion for the self and all living beings.
